Raised in Maine, Gavin Bowie has always been drawn to creative pursuits.
Today he works as architect, owner, advisor, and mentor with a unifying goal: advancing both the places we inhabit and the people who lead them.
Bowie is a creative strategist, architect, and advisor who helps people and organizations navigate complexity with clarity. With a background that bridges design, business, mentorship and coaching, his work supports transformation of environments, systems, and the people who lead them.
He co-founded an award-winning architecture and interiors firm, scaling from two people to nearly thirty and delivering projects for global brands and regional leaders.
Now, through Victorious Advisory and Next Level Property Co., he continues to guide founders, executives, and owners to grow their companies, reposition their properties, and bring coherence to the systems that shape both life and work.
Beyond titles and projects, my work shows up in many ways.
Sometimes it looks like architecture: solving problems with space, structure, color, texture and rhythm. Sometimes it looks like leadership, building organizations and guiding people through change. And often it looks like mentorship: helping someone find clarity and direction in the midst of complexity.
